Cruel Intentions (1999)

I haven’t seen the film “Cruel Intentions” since it came out in 1999. I saw it today, and although the plot wasn’t as interesting as I last remembered it to be, I was however very impressed with some of the set designs. In particular, the color scheme of Kathryn Merteuil’s bedroom was divine! I loved the blue color scheme; the color is absolutely amazing (I can attest to this because I have cobalt blue painted frames around the arches of my windows and doorway).
Initially, I had always assumed the blue would be too intense for a bedroom, but with splashes of blue/gold/green/yellow accents around Kathyrn’s room — it definitely looked wonderful. I think I might have to try it out :)
